Pasargad Tours is proud to be the first, and so far the only private enterprise in Iran, to have organized intensive training courses in different languages and on various tourism-related themes most requisite for both the highly motivated members of the staff and the highly educated and officially licensed tour guides. The courses have been devised and presented in the form of a coherent training program that has effectively increased the proficiency level of the office personnel and considerably promoted the tour guides’ competence and performance in tour management.

Since 1996 the Department members, with the assistance of certain distinguished scholars and university professors, have set up an inclusive library, built up a data bank of valuable resources, compiled numerous papers and handouts, gathered countless leaflets, maps and brochures, held regular lectures and seminars, organized workshop training sessions, and recorded a considerable number of CDs and cassette tapes on history, geography, art and architecture, religion, customs and traditions, music, anthropology, culture, and archaeology, readily available for everyone to use.
